Using the service
These terms describe our commitments and your responsibilities when using Roll Dice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Parents, guardians and educators should supervise children’s use and manage any account or payment on their behalf.
Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, bypass usage limits, submit malicious content or infringe another person’s rights. Keep account credentials, API keys and private sharing links secure, and tell us about suspected misuse.
Your content
You retain rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service you request. You must have the permissions required to submit it. Sharing a result or a link can make it accessible to others; take care with personal and confidential information.
App-specific conditions
Generated results, language analysis and learning suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check important results independently.
Charges
Any price for a paid download or feature is shown before purchase. Purchases through an app store are also subject to its payment and refund arrangements. These terms do not introduce a subscription or charge for a feature offered for free.
Availability and results
We aim to provide a useful service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Check outputs before relying on them and keep your own copies of important content. Features may change or be discontinued; where required we will provide notice and honour applicable remedies for paid services.
Suspension and ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or serious breaches of these terms. Where practical and lawful we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about it. You can request account or personal-data deletion using the contact above.
Liability and your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights, liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, inaccurate inputs or external services beyond our reasonable control.
Other services and intellectual property
Third-party services and app stores have their own terms. Open-source software and other separately licensed material remain governed by their licences. Using this service does not transfer ownership of its name, branding or software to you. The policy text itself is available under the licence below.
Changes and disputes
We publish changes to these terms here and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Please contact us first about a dispute. These terms do not limit your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under mandatory consumer law.
